As a Coast Guard Retiree, I understand the immediate needs that families face when transferring to a new duty station. My family and I were transferred to the Hampton Roads area in the fall of 1992 and have called it HOME ever since. After purchasing our first home in 1993, I became licensed in real estate, with my wife receiving her license in the fall of 2000. Nine years after closing my first real estate transaction as a licensed REALTOR®, the doors to Lee S. Halyard & Associates, REALTORS® were opened to the community. Today, as the Broker/Owner of a real estate company, with 20 years of military experience and 14 years of real estate experience, I am able to offer a plethora of professional and personal services, tailored to meet each individual’s need.
